Hey Film great gains!!! I've been using the extender / bathmat combo for 8 months and have hit a serious plateau. I can't seem to be able to add another bar and get strapped in without falling out. My bpel is about 6.8 from 6.2 and my stretch is about 7. I'm keeping the faith of course and am aware this happens. I do want to break the plateau though so have bought a hanger. I will be taking it slow but am hoping it can give me the extra stretch to go up another bar on my extender. I was hoping to do 20 mins hanging before work, extend for 7 hours, 2 x 20min hanging in the evening and 5 - 15 mins of bathmat in the shower. Any thoughts on this routine would be appreciated. Quick question on the bathmate my girth has gone up about .5 my base about .8 to about 5.8. Would this be affecting my my lenght goals?? Thanks a lot.
