              Congrats Film87! I read some of your post and they're very motivating! I own a bathmate and and use it on and off i have no set
              Routine. And i looked into the stealth ADS you posted about and it sparked my interest. Any advice before i order mine?

                Hey Film great gains!!! I've been using the extender / bathmat combo for 8 months and have hit a serious plateau. I can't seem to be able to add another bar and get strapped in without falling out. My bpel is about 6.8 from 6.2 and my stretch is about 7. I'm keeping the faith of course and am aware this happens. I do want to break the plateau though so have bought a hanger. I will be taking it slow but am hoping it can give me the extra stretch to go up another bar on my extender. I was hoping to do 20 mins hanging before work, extend for 7 hours, 2 x 20min hanging in the evening and 5 - 15 mins of bathmat in the shower. Any thoughts on this routine would be appreciated. Quick question on the bathmate my girth has gone up about .5 my base about .8 to about 5.8. Would this be affecting my my lenght goals?? Thanks a lot.

                  Hey congratulations to your gains.. By the way I have also these knotes from hanging.. It doesn't hurt but I am afraid that girls will feel it when they give me an BJ .. andy idea how I can get rid of them? I don't want to quit with hanging.. because it is working for me.. I am hanging with the LGHanger

                    Quarter inch of fat pad is possible?! Or do you shove it in just a little bit? Do you measure from top?

                            But no rest days damn lol.. and 22 hours with ADS wtf.. I guess we all are individual and different things works for us...
