  • This shit's just a big fucking scam...or so I thought.

I just want to come out and say that I've FINALLY gained! I've only gained 1/4", but still a gain nonetheless. I started late September of '09 at only 4 7/8". (Yeah, I know it's pathetic.) Now nearly 5 months later I am currently 5 1/8". I've been lurking around these forums and remained silent because everyone here seemed to be gaining like it was nothing, and here I am struggling to gain even an inch. I've even thought about quiting at one point but there are a few people on here (particularly Sayan22, JonPop, Kingpole, and even Gator who has recently decided to quit PEing entirely due to no gains) who I really admire-their progress and their words of wisdom including the valuable info that they put forth for this community has made me continue on with this journey. I am fucking GLAD that I did. Even though I've only gained 1/4", I now know that it is definitely POSSIBLE for me to gain, it's just gonna take me more time than others. As an Asian male, to know that gains are possible is a huge boost in confidence. Being below average sucks ass. My goal is 6 1/2" and I will keep at it even if it takes me ten years. Well, there's my story and I hope it will motivate those who are currently lurking within these forums silent and saying nothing, and to those who are still skeptical. This stuff works; but without SERIOUS DEDICATION I can guarantee you that you will not see gains.

Hope you do keep at it. You will gain.

It took me over a year to gain an inch, even though I gained noticibly during the beginner phase. Keep with it.

There's no way I'm going to quit now. It's become a part of my life and daily regimen- I work, I go to school, I eat, I sleep, I shit, I workout, and I PE. Hey "PEskeptic", don't be (skeptic that is.) haha

PE is real. It's not your imagination. For most of us, it takes a lot of work and faith. Believe you will gain and eventually you will. If for no apparently fruitful purposes other than erection quality improvement and personal enjoyment, continue to do PE...and the gains will come. We live in a Big Mac, instant gratification culture, but PE takes time. You're engaging in the controlled deformation of your dick, not a parlor trick where you wave your magic staff and it instantly grows an inch. It's work. It takes time. Take some joy in that work and learn how to focus and be patient. This isn't directed at you personally. It's just my philosophy. And believe me, philosophy has everything to do with the real world. What you believe influences every aspect of your life.

That's been my experience too. It makes sense, though - quick early gains followed by slower progress seems to be the norm with most physical activities (e.g. weight lifting, running, dieting).

I absolutely agree with everything you say "Dingdong". I couldn't have worded it better. Hey "Kingpole", I have incorporated kegels into my regimen; I haven't done so before. I've noticed more hard-ons or "morning wood" since I've started doing those. As for your 8 finger horse squeeze, ahem well (embarrassed) if only I could wrap ALL 8 fingers around my below average cock... lol

Congrats on the gain, wanthugewank. You said it right: like all exercise or "improvements" we make to our bodies, PE takes dedication and effort. Good luck and continue to stick with it!

I dont want to be the gloomy gus here, but I feel left out . I did PE and messed up the nerves in my penis and now I cant feel the magical sensations of erotic stimulation. My dick was already above average, and If I COULD HAVE JUST BEEN MORE CAREFUL.... I could have made my dick a small monster. Would anyone like to talk about penile nerves and how to avoid them? I want to try again if my injuries heal.

Thanks "Remek", I definitely will continue to stick around. Hey "Brokedickmuthafucka", sorry to hear you damaged your member. I'm no doctor but I guess the right thing to do here is to just chill out for a while, maybe about a month and start over again. And when you start over, start out SLOOOWWWWW. If there's anything I've learned from these forums, it would be to get rid of the "instant gratification" mindset. It could be that you started out too intense. One must EEEEAASE into it. Good luck to you (and your injured friend).

I, too, was quite skeptical when I began and, frankly, without the support of the forums, I probably would have stopped due to the inconvenience.
I still, at times, have trouble believing in my own measurable gains.

                              Keep it up!

I gained a half an inch the first few months I was doing PE 10 years ago then recently with a smarter and more diligent program, my gains are much slower (ten years older may have something to do with it....). But, I do see small jumps (flaccid stretch has certainly gone up and feels thicker) and so am also in it for the long haul as I think it is slow and diligent that brings the success for most.
