I came to really give everyone (hopefully) a new born push in their worlds of growth.
I am a young guy (21) and a body builder and have been for years. I know it takes time to build... that being said my penis has become the HARDEST part of my body to grow, EVER. Period.
I started PEing in November of 2014. For the first few months I went hard at just jelqing. I would jelq in the morning and at night... I started doing more than 1000 jelqs a day. Fast forward 6 months, it became apparent that my initial gains were just that... initial. I did gain a good .9 inch in that time to get to 7.0BP So I quit PE for a few months happy with where I was.
Sooner rather then later I wanted to grow more... So I bought a pump and I used it once or twice and thought it hurt to much so I put it in storage. I jelqed here and there and felt my gains were so non-existant that it just wasn't worth it anymore... I even started thinking that I had this "Steel cord" problem, and I even had a very hard cord in the middle of my cock.
12 months after I started jelqing I began a reborn ideology where I would go my hardest for a month, I really wasn't sure what to expect but I knew in my head if I didn't gain anything in this month there is nothing more I can do. I bought an LG hanger (expensive I know). I would pump, Jelq AND hang each and every day. I can't believe I woke up earlier to do 2-3 hours of penis exercises... but It worked, and It worked good.
As of today... I Gained .25 inches in bone pressed length and .5 inches in FBPL. now I have a cock that when rock hard reaches 7.5 inches BP and it started of to be 6.1inches. Even looking at pictures it is apparent that I am a lot bigger... I even get compliments on how huge my flaccid is (little they know it used to be a tic tac flaccid).
My dream would be 9 inches, but I think my realistic goal is really 8 inches BP. What I learned in that month is that hard work pays off. Slowly... but it does. Something I really like about the extra length is how much more I can do in bed with it (plus the confidence doesn't hurt).
To wrap this up, don't be brought down by slow gains or the non-existent "steel cord" issue. What worked for me was a really intense routine. Maybe it was just the focus alone that got me the gains I did in the month. My routine is below and gain chart.

- Jelq for 5 minutes.
- Pump for 20
- Jelq for 10
- Pump for 20
- Jelq for 10
- Hang for 60 minutes (about) with heat compress ( heat pad)
- leave on bands to prevent turtling for about 1-2 hour
Gain chart:
- November 2014 (START) - 6.1 inches
- April 2015 (6 months in) - 7.0 inches
- October 2015 (11 months) - 7.25 BPEL 7.5 FBPL --- started using pump in this period
- January 2016 (13 months) - 7.5 BPEL 8 FBPL
