    Hello PE'rs

    I came to really give everyone (hopefully) a new born push in their worlds of growth.

    I am a young guy (21) and a body builder and have been for years. I know it takes time to build... that being said my penis has become the HARDEST part of my body to grow, EVER. Period.

    I started PEing in November of 2014. For the first few months I went hard at just jelqing. I would jelq in the morning and at night... I started doing more than 1000 jelqs a day. Fast forward 6 months, it became apparent that my initial gains were just that... initial. I did gain a good .9 inch in that time to get to 7.0BP So I quit PE for a few months happy with where I was.

    Sooner rather then later I wanted to grow more... So I bought a pump and I used it once or twice and thought it hurt to much so I put it in storage. I jelqed here and there and felt my gains were so non-existant that it just wasn't worth it anymore... I even started thinking that I had this "Steel cord" problem, and I even had a very hard cord in the middle of my cock.

    12 months after I started jelqing I began a reborn ideology where I would go my hardest for a month, I really wasn't sure what to expect but I knew in my head if I didn't gain anything in this month there is nothing more I can do. I bought an LG hanger (expensive I know). I would pump, Jelq AND hang each and every day. I can't believe I woke up earlier to do 2-3 hours of penis exercises... but It worked, and It worked good.

    As of today... I Gained .25 inches in bone pressed length and .5 inches in FBPL. now I have a cock that when rock hard reaches 7.5 inches BP and it started of to be 6.1inches. Even looking at pictures it is apparent that I am a lot bigger... I even get compliments on how huge my flaccid is (little they know it used to be a tic tac flaccid).

    My dream would be 9 inches, but I think my realistic goal is really 8 inches BP. What I learned in that month is that hard work pays off. Slowly... but it does. Something I really like about the extra length is how much more I can do in bed with it (plus the confidence doesn't hurt).

    To wrap this up, don't be brought down by slow gains or the non-existent "steel cord" issue. What worked for me was a really intense routine. Maybe it was just the focus alone that got me the gains I did in the month. My routine is below and gain chart.




    Routine (about 2 rest days a week)
    1. Jelq for 5 minutes.
    2. Pump for 20
    3. Jelq for 10
    4. Pump for 20
    5. Jelq for 10
    6. Hang for 60 minutes (about) with heat compress ( heat pad)
    7. leave on bands to prevent turtling for about 1-2 hour


    Gain chart:
    • November 2014 (START) - 6.1 inches
    • April 2015 (6 months in) - 7.0 inches
    • October 2015 (11 months) - 7.25 BPEL 7.5 FBPL --- started using pump in this period
    • January 2016 (13 months) - 7.5 BPEL 8 FBPL

              Initially I really messed up cause I went from 2-15 lbs in no time and got a nasty blister in the process.

              But I toned down and was sticking with 5lbs for 2 weeks and 7lbs for the next two. I read everywhere heat is very important so I bought a heat pad that you microwave and just wrap it around the shaft while I hang.

              Not that you don't know but doing fulcrum is important, I feel it stretches it better. When sitting on couch I put my remote control in between my legs and let my shaft arch over it creating a different pressure point and I would say it helps because I can feel the stretch . ( I bought a stand though it blows lol)

                For sure man ! Thanks ! Although I think it will be difficult to keep up this intense routine for long ! But hey, if I get to my goal it won't matter will it !

                  You gained a little over an inch in a year. Great job on the achievement and I hope I get lucky with an inch as well.

                  My question pertains to the jelqing you did, and if you did some sort of a jelq-stretch combo or just plain ol' jelqs?

                    For the longest time I just jelqed without any additions but over time I could tell even by the feeling that it wasn't giving the same results.

                    I'm sure you know this but make sure the o is completely wrapped around, don't release grip just keep going right until the glans. Find ways to keep good pressure ie: proper erection level and kegels .

                    When I jelq now I usually pull out with the o and hold it (not really trying to stretch ) but then I'll grip the next hand and repeat. I also started dry jelqs which I find is harder for longer periods so I only do about 50 of them each set of jelqing

                      I think having a set routine really helps. For a while I stopped having a plan and would jelq randomly here and there... My biggest gains came from times that i had a good routine set up that I could follow. For example, even though I started 13 or 14 months ago, I had about 3 months I didn't bother with anything and another 3 that I didn't have a good routine.

                      Not that I can prove it either, but I think in the first few months you should go the herdest ( safely) as I think your penis gets more resistant so take advantage of its maleability is what I'm sayin! Lol. 😜

                        Man that's what's up bro congrats. I'm about to start a routine myself being new to PE can you or any other members give me some good insight? Also while hanging did you have the heating pad on as well? I'm using the Bib starter & I have the Bathemate.

                          I only use a heat pad while hanging. I have a hanger where I can sit on couch and so I just wrap the heated pad around my shaft which (aparently) the heat will allow for better growth. While hanging I think it is essential to do falcrum, which is just really moving the pressure to your shaft instead of the base. Just try to put an object that your shaft can wrap around to create that point. I use a remote control... Lol.

                          When I started I didn't measure my gains for months cause I wanted to make sure I gave it a good go before I claimed that jelqing did or did not worked. I was obviously on the sidelines because every site claimed it was a hoax... Here I am today with more than an inch gained. huh.

                          I really just focused on jelqing for the start. then I bought an x40, then a lg hanger .

                          You do not want to hurt yourself, you only have one dick ... So take precautions ie: slowly build up on the amount of jelqs, the intensity and heat it up at the start.

                          I would jelq in the morning and at night . Each session would be roughly 45m. It sucks cause this does take a lot of time out of your hands, but if your like me - you'll find time.

                          Even though my flaccid length probably tripled (never measured, how can you?), and I gained over an inch I stil feel small. Lol.
