Think of it this way. How do guys typically react to a woman with large breasts vs one that has small breasts? There is an effect on how we react, like there's an elephant in the room so to speak, this sexual distraction you have to try to overcome. The same is true for girls to guys.

Agree with that and furthermore; how many of us like to see big tits? How many of us whom like to see big tits would throw a small tit woman out of bed because she has small tits? I doubt very many guys would. I figure the same goes for women. They might like the visuals of a beefy hang but it wouldn't be a deal breaker if it turtles.

Hi MTB! I would like to give you my female perspective on this and realize that I am just one of many, so take it with a grain of salt.

First I am a Switch/submissive and my Beloved husband is my Dom. To the OP. I'm 6'1", 200lbs. I am 7.75x5.3bpel. I get no "Wow" or "OMG" reactions. My ex is the only girl to mention that I had a big dick. I wasn't going to respond as I am not sure this is the info you are looking for, but anyway...

When I first started with my wife, about 10 years back, I was at about 7x5.5". I live in a part of the world where that is way above average. She was surprised by my size. And would often comment on how big I was. Indeed, when she was feeling particularity randy she would get off by trying to take it all in. And It is not like she was a virgin, having a child from a previous marriage and a number of rebound lays after her divorce.
But over the years, and a kid, those comments became fewer and further between as she adjusted to my size.

Enter PE....Over the last year I have gained to be about 8x6.2". Now whenever we have sex she talks about how I am big or too big. But there has been an adverse effect too, as our sex has changed.

Our sex used to follow a particular pattern. I struggle with premature ejaculation. So I would have to work hard to get her off. But generally I was able to get her to orgasm. And once she reached orgasm we would both relax and then could go on for one or two more. Now I am better with my pre-e, but after that first orgasm she is done, complaining that I am too big and it is uncomfortable. So sex used to be for 20 minutes to an hour, now it is for 10 to 15 minutes.

So PE has helped me get some better control over my premature ejaculation; I have gained in size, and so in confidence; due to the pre-e and associated anxiety I would have mild periodic erectile dysfunction but now my erections are always rock hard and feel great; but now that I have the tools I am not getting the sex that I enjoy.
