Quick update:
6 months in now and the gains have slowed/stopped. Haven't measured for a couple of weeks but I was 7.1" BPEL x 5.0" MEG last time I did.
I went a bit mad with the PE for a while, doing like hour long jelqing sessions and LASs for several hours every day. It was too much.
I've took it back to basics and now I'm just jelqing 15 mins a day 5 on 2 off and edging with a cock ring for an hour 2 or 3 times a week. Been back on the lighter routine for about a month now.
EQ is on point and flaccid hang is great. Less is definitely more when it comes to PE.
I gave my wife her first ever PIV orgasm the other night. Achievement unlocked. 😁

Also, with the jelqing, when I went a bit OTT, I was counting reps and I was like "I must do 1000 jelqs tonight". This led to me rushing them and not doing them properly.
Now I just set my timer and do 15 minutes. No counting. I don't care if I do 5 jelqs or 500 in that 15 minutes. As long as I've done 15 minutes of proper effective jelqing.
Quality over quantity.
