had a few people ask what my normal routine was, so i thought hay, might as well just set it up on a blog and update as i change it

something i will say about my routine is it is not 100% fixed. Anyone that has worked out or done toning understands what i refer to as the ache. the point you reach when you did good but didn't over extend yourself. this is a point i try to maintain. that being said, i will only update this when something has changed to a decent degree.

stretching (5 min)
90 jelqs
pump ( 3 min, 3hg)
pump ( 1 min, 4hg)
90 jelqs
warm down (bath/shower/bang the misses, w/e) (no masturbation)

4-5 hours later maybe work on edging for 15-20 min (just shaking the bottle no popping the cork)
