So, a while back now I started going back to the gym. I've lost a decent amount of body fat, it seems. For the first time in a while, I measured Bone-pressed erect. I now show as 8.5 BPEL. Normally I don't give two shits about someone's BPEL - it's not visible... but damn, now I understand why some people like to know it. It's DEFINITELY inspiring to see that much normal EL can be possible.
