The first week has gone pretty well. Pumping is great and afterwards my girth is about .25 thicker. It's not permanent, but hopefully the gain will cement in as I go.

I'm thinking this is going to to be my schedule:

Monday, Thursday, Saturday
Warmup
Stretch
15 min pump
5 min jelq
15 min pump
5 min v-jelq
Warm down

Tuesday, Friday
Warmup
Stretch
15 min pump
5 min jelq

Wednesday, Sunday
Night off. Maybe some edging.

I'm sure this routine could change because sex could happen any of these days. Sex trumps PE.
