One hour in the pump
This week I had the opportunity to try extra long pumping sessions. So I did.
For the first time I have pumped for one hour without a pause. Since it was the first time I did it with a low pressure, kept it at 4 inHg most of the time, it dropped to 3 inHg sometimes - seems as my pump has more difficulty to keep the pressure when pumping at a low pressure, I guess it just is because the cylinder is not pressed so tight agains my body.
During this hour I did spike up to 6 inHg four times, mainly because it feels good. And partly in the hope of getting better effect from the session.

* NOTES for week 21 *
Monday: Jelq, 60 strokes (30 reps). Then uli 3*30 seconds.
Wednesday: Pump, 60 minutes at 3-4 inHg (longest session so far), four spikes up to 6 inHg, one short break outside the cylinder. In-cylinder length at the end was 20,0 cm (7.87 in) at 4 inHg and 20,3 cm (7.99 in) at 6 inHg. Directly afterwards I had BPEL = 19,9 cm (7.83 in). Did 30 minutes edging afterwards, did see some doughnut tendencies, but it was gone when I woke up the next morning.
Thursday: Pump, 60 minutes at 3-4 inHg, four spikes up to 6 inHg, no short break outside the cylinder.
Friday afternoon: Jelq, 100 strokes (50 reps). Then uli 3*45 seconds.
Friday night: Pump, 30 minutes at 5-6 inHg. In-cylinder length at the end was 20,3 cm (7.99 in). Afterwards I had BPEL = 20,0 cm (7.87 in), MSEG = 13,6 cm (5.35 in) and BEG = 14,6 cm (5.75 in). 30 minutes edging after pumping.

Remark: 4 mm has been added to all in-cylinder measurements since they have been done with an extra latex sleeve mounted on the cylinder. This adjustment gives values consistent with measurements made before this extra sleeve was mounted.
