4x15 min jelqs and some 7 inHg pump
I have been thinking that my jelq sessions are a bit short since I mostly does only about half of the reps mentioned in the JP90 description. But this week I both counted and timed my jelq sessions...
Time of a jelq repetition according to the JP90 routine description should be 3-4 seconds. And since it recommends 150 wet jelqs for a session, it should take 150*3.5 = 525 seconds = 8 minutes and 45 seconds.
So I usually do about half as many repetitions during double amount of time. To me, doing the jelqs slow feels better, so I guess that I am going to continue the way I do now. Maybe I'll speed things up a bit later, but I am not planning to do so yet.

The other thing I have been thinking about this week is pressure. I have tried venturing up to 7 inHg for a little longer now, at the most so far it has been at that high pressure during total of 2 minutes during a 10-minute session. The other 8 minutes spent at 6 inHg. No red dots and no doughnut, just felt good. Sometimes I think it is stupid of me to push the pressure boundaries like this, and that I should keep it safe. But sometimes I think that I am pushing the boundaries really slow and careful, looking out for warning signs, and that should be enough.
Well... so far so good. But if a get over-enthusiastic about high pressure, please feel free to shout out a warning here.

* NOTES for week 30 *
* Monday: Jelq, 140 strokes (70 reps) during 15 minutes. Then uli 4x60 seconds.
* Tuesday: Jelq, 164 strokes (82 reps) during 15 minutes. Then uli 4x60 seconds.
* Wednesday: Jelq, 130 strokes (65 reps) during 15 minutes. Then uli 3x45 + 1x60 seconds.
* Thursday: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,3 cm (7.99 in) in-cylinder length. First 1 minute at 7 inHg. Before session BPEL = 19,5 cm (7.68 in), after session BPEL = 20,0 cm (7.87 in).
* Friday morning: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. First 1.5 and last 0.5 minutes at 7 inHg, previously max 1 minute at 7 inHg. After session BPEL = 20,0 cm (7.87 in).
* Friday afternoon: Jelq, 140 strokes (70 reps) during 15 minutes. Then uli 4x60 seconds.

Remark: 4 mm has been added to all in-cylinder measurements since they have been done with an extra latex sleeve mounted on the cylinder. This adjustment gives values consistent with measurements made before this extra sleeve was mounted.
