More of those small ventures into 7
This week I repeated the routine I tried the first time during week 30, the one where I go up to 7 inHg pressure for a total of 2 minutes. Has worked fine these three times too. Felt good and no red dots or doughnut. Of course, the sessions only lasted 10 minutes, so I would not expect a doughnut. But maybe some red dots after that high pressure. I know I would have had several red dots 30 weeks ago.

I also did a jelq session where I tried to go as fast as I could but still feel that I am doing them properly with control. Well, I did get 110 reps during those 15 minutes. Fast enough?

* NOTES for week 31 *
* Monday: Jelq, 220 strokes (110 reps) during 15 minutes. Then uli 4x45 seconds.
* Tuesday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,3 cm (7.99 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. First 1.5 and last 0.5 minutes at 7 inHg, same procedure as week 30.
* Wednesday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. 20,5 cm (8.07 in) in-cylinder length at 7 inHg. First 1.5 and last 0.5 minutes at 7 inHg, same procedure as week 30. Afterwards MSEG = 13,5 cm (5.31 in).
* Thursday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. First 1.5 and last 0.5 minutes at 7 inHg, same procedure as week 30.

Remark: 4 mm has been added to all in-cylinder measurements since they have been done with an extra latex sleeve mounted on the cylinder. This adjustment gives values consistent with measurements made before this extra sleeve was mounted.
