When I first started pumping I took it easy and pumped at 4 or 5 inHg for about 10-15 minutes. But after the initial period I have mostly pumped at 6 inHg, except when I have had the opportunity to have long sessions for 30-60 minutes, then I have usually stayed at 4 or 5 inHg.
So now I thought that it would be interesting to do a short session at 5 inHg and compare the in-cylinder length to the previous notes.
It is apparent that there has been a slow and steady increase during these 34 weeks with a total progress of 1 cm (0.39 in) additional in-cylinder length.
Pumping at 5 inHg history comparison, 10 minutes if not stated otherwise
Week 01: 19,3 cm (7.60 in)
Week 02: 19,5 cm (7.68 in)
Week 03: 19,6 cm (7.72 in), 15 minutes
Week 11: 19,8 cm (7.80 in)
Week 12: 19,9 cm (7.83 in)
Week 13: 20,1 cm (7.91 in), 20+20 minutes, 10 minutes pause
Week 13: 20,0 cm (7.87 in), 30 minutes
Week 14: 20,0 cm (7.87 in), 30+30 minutes, 30 minutes pause
Week 22: 20,1 cm (7.91 in), 25+25 minutes, 10 minutes pause
Week 26: 20,4 cm (8.03 in), 30 minutes
Week 27: 20,4 cm (8.03 in), 30 minutes
Week 34: 20,3 cm (7.99 in)
It's good to have this blog with notes

And speaking of taking it easy... sometimes I don't. At the start of this week I went to 8 inHg by accident, and at the end of this week I felt adventurous and went there again two times. The longest time I stayed at that pressure was 20 seconds. And my penis liked it... it felt good and there was no red dots or doughnut as a result.
* NOTES for week 34 *
* Monday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,5 cm (8.07 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. First 1 and last 1 minutes at 7 inHg, accidentaly went to 8 inHg midway after a pressure cycle, only stayed at 8 for about five seconds before releasing pressure down to 6.
* Tuesday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. 20,5 cm (8.07 in) in-cylinder length at 7 inHg. First 2 and last 1 minutes at 7 inHg.
* Wednesday morning: Jelq, 200 strokes (100 reps) during 13 minutes. Then uli 4x45 seconds.
* Wednesday afternoon: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,5 cm (8.07 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. Approximately 20,6 cm (8.11 in) in-cylinder length at 7 inHg. First 2 and last 1 minutes at 7 inHg. Afterwards BEG = 15,5 cm (6.10 in).
* Thursday morning: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg and 7 inHg. First 2 and last 1 minutes at 7 inHg.
* Thursday afternoon: Jelq, 170 strokes (85 reps) during 15 minutes. Then uli 4x45 seconds.
* Thursday night: Pump, 10 minutes at 5 inHg. 20,3 cm (7.99 in) in-cylinder length. Ended with 10 seconds at 8 inHg.
* Friday: Pump, 10 minutes at 5 inHg. 20,3 cm (7.99 in) in-cylinder length. Ended with 20 seconds at 8 inHg.
No red dots or doughnut this week.
Remark: 4 mm has been added to all in-cylinder measurements since they have been done with an extra latex sleeve mounted on the cylinder. This adjustment gives values consistent with measurements made before this extra sleeve was mounted.
