This is my first blog entry but more like my 5th day of PE
I'm really lovin it, I find that my EQ has really improved without ever being a problem and I just hop to have gained an inch in length and half if one in girth by the end of this trial.
My stats
BPEL 6 6/8 of an inches
NBPEL 6 inches
EG 4 4/8 inches
Goal
BPEL 8 inches
NBPEL 7 inches
EG 5 inches
my routine is
10 min warm up
10 min stretch with kregels
10 - 15 min 4 second jelqs
5 min stretch
5 min warm down
I also started the p90x fitness training and am about 3 weeks into it now.
I find it really tough this week but pushed through. The yoga day i find the worst being 2 hours long.
I already see results. I lost my tummy a bit and am seeing glimpses of a six pack.
Also my main goal of getting bigger arms is on track. They look more defined and bigger.
So by the end of September i hope to have attained all my goals and set new ones.
