10 mins warm up with the rice sock
10 mins stretching - L, CR, CL, H, R, CR, CL, H, O, CR, CL, H, U, CR, CL, H (JP90 Stretch)
25 mins jelqing with a 30 second squeeze every 4:30 minutes - 5 total.
15 mins edging with 3 - 30 second Ullis interspersed in the first 5 minutes of edging.

Notes: Due to measuring, I'm changing up my routine and adding Squeezes and Ullis to the mix to concentrate on Girth. I won't be changing my stretching and traction even though I've reached my goal of 7.5". I figure if I continue to gain length with this workout I'll continue until I'm at 8" and then stop, working more on girth and cementing at that time.
