25 mins jelqing with a 30 second squeeze every 4:30 minutes - 5 total.
15 mins edging with 3 - 30 second Ullis interspersed in the first 5 minutes of edging.
Notes: Second day doing Squeezes and Ullis and everything seems OK. Edging took a hit in EQ, but nothing less than an 7-8 at the lowest.
