10 mins warm up with the rice sock
10 mins stretching - L, CR, CL, H, R, CR, CL, H, O, CR, CL, H, U, CR, CL, H (JP90 Stretch)
25 mins jelqing with a 30 second squeeze every 4:30 minutes - 5 total.
15 mins edging with 5 - 30 second Ullis interspersed throughout edging.

Notes: I'm mostly using the edging to keep me at 100% for Ullis which seems to be working well.
