  • A-spot

There's been lots of talk about the G-spot, but there is supposed to be another one -- the A-spot, located much deeper. It would be great if some of you could add your experiences here about where it is, what it does, and how to get there to please your lady even more!

I think what you are referring to is the Anterior fornix erogenous zone which is beyond the cervix deep into the vagina. You can stimulate it to more lubrication.
    Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

    Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

    Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"
Some people see things, and say, "Why"
I dream of things that never were, and say "Why Not"

From what I have read the man has to be long enough to reach beyond the cervix after it elevates and provide pressure against the A spot, very difficult unless you have the "equipment" and that sure isn't me. I think the reason you don't see much talk about the A spot is what I already mentioned, difficulty in locating, reaching, and stimulating during sex. Most of what I have read focused on a woman using a lengthy dildo to provide new methods of self stimulation.

I happen to be one of those guys, and it may explain 45 years of successful marriage. After all this time, we have never had to use lub. We both produce it like two monkeys in heat. Now I think I have finally figured out why I always miss her "G spot." I'm movin' on down.

Interestingly enough, I couldn't find any statistics on the depth of the A-spot. The only record I have so far is Pegasus's anecdote and some (unverifiable) source that claimed that 8" penises could reach it effectively. i am about 7" BPEL (okay, no, its more like 6.94", but that extra 0.06" isn't something too big) and I was wondering if any position for the girl would make it easier for me to reach it.

G4, I see your starting size, is the length I mentioned as reaching a-spot 7.75"bpel.
Ok so we have 2 anecdotes at 7.75" and an unverifable source saying 8" plus.
Don't think I hit it until after I reached this length.
Seems to be pointing that you need around 8", but of course more info is needed.

One would think bending her legs up might help.

Alas, I have never been with a guy who was big enough to reach my A-spot so I have no personal experience in this area. Sounds like fun, though! I am sure we had some other people commenting on the G-spot thread about deep penetration and the A-spot, hopefully they will turn up here, too.

The A-Spot, AFE-zone or Anterior Fornix Erogenous Zone. Also referred to as the Epicentre, this is a patch of sensitive tissue at the inner end of the vaginal tube between the cervix and the bladder, described technically as the 'female degenerated prostate'. (In other words, it is the female equivalent of the male prostate, just as the clitoris is the female equivalent of the male penis.) Direct stimulation of this spot can produce violent orgasmic contractions. Unlike the clitoris, it is not supposed to suffer from post-orgasmic over-sensitivity.

...this would shorten the length of her vagina? ie, bring the A-spot/AFE-zone "closer" to the opening?
