Question about female orgasms

Hello all,
I know that many women are not able to have an orgasm through intercourse alone. My ex-girlfriend was like that, and said she had never had an orgasm from intercourse her entire life. I was always able to give her an orgasm through oral sex, but I would love it if I could give her one through intercourse. Are there ways to overcome this? Just like a male can train himself to have multiple orgasms or dry orgasms, can a female, through practice, train to be able to have an orgasm through intercourse??? I think that would make their sex life that much more pleasurable! Thanks.

One thing about female sexuality is that most women require clitoral stimulation to cum, at least most of the time. I am clearly like that. I can and do cum from vaginal intercourse, but it usually requires either a lot of attention to my G-spot or serious friction to my clit during intercourse. Some positions and activities are better for that than others, and girl just has to learn what works best for her. It takes practice and knowing your own body.

A few that work well for me to get that clitoral stimulation:

(4) Him behind me, with me using my fingers or a vibrator on my clit while he thrusts

Many things are possible if you get creative and are not shy about talking about what she likes!
