  • Women without a uterus

I’ve been dating a woman that has had a hysterectomy and was just curious how the vagina is shaped after her uterus has been removed? Is there an A spot or P spot or even a culdesac at that point? Is the vagina smooth all the way to the end of it, without any feeling of a ridge/uterus on the upper side since it is now gone? I was just curious if she will have any deeper nerve sensitity, like before where the uterus used to be (aka the A spot)? Will I be able to give her a deep orgasm if I could maybe hit the end of her vagina? How is sex different without the uterus? Will I be able to bang away without any fear of ramming her uterus, since it’s been removed? Would she have any pain with deep sex?

Those are things you'll need to talk to her about, as every woman is different and enjoys different things uterus or not.

I don't think you need to talk to her about it. When you have sex with her, you'll find out.

My current GF have done the same ting. I do not think there are any big differences. She is quite deep but I think its is the way she has always been but don't know. It would be interesting to hear from a woman if there is any difference.

Although I have not had a hysterectomy I know people who have and have talked with them about it. From what I understand, removal of the uterus and cervix does not change the sensations a woman feels in the vagina or even her ability to have an orgasm. After surgery the vagina may be shorter but this should not cause problems with sexual activity.

Arguably though, if a guy is larger, wouldn't this mean it might cause an issue if he attempts to go too deep? With an average sized penis then it probably wouldn't matter unless she was already shorter to begin with.

Just some feedback - fooled around with my gf this past weekend and with a full hard on I easily rammed the back of her vagina with her legs pulled up in front of my arms in missionary position. I was really surprised I hit it so easily in fact with 7" BPEL. It kind of shocked both of us and she said it felt like it was hitting her stomach. I might guess she's only 5 1/2 - 6 inches deep, but she is very fit with a thin athletic body and very little fat pad. Didn't really try with her legs down and she said hitting the back was a mix of pleasure and pain. Gonna have to be careful going forward now that I know where it is. I'll try the bump and grind next time to see if we can get a deep spot orgasm.
