I have practicing for a few months now.
I I'm training, the first orgasm is light, a small squirt of precum and a nice sensation, almost no PC clench, it feels great, maybe not at strong as a normal orgasm. I keep the erection and I try to chain the second orgasm.

Personally I have experienced it only a handful of times, most of the time it would be after long periods of us going without sex.
