Not talking about anyone in particular...Just as a group, man is so preoccupied w/ penis size and feels it is a top factor for women. The two main women we have here (very well respected ladies, mind you) have pretty much shot that down...Even noting that for 1 night stand, penis size is not really a top 5 factor for the majority of women. If it is not for a 1 night stand or pure sex FWB situation, then how does it rank for a real relationship? And I truly believe that they speak for the majority of women, and the only time penis may play a role is when you are talking seriously extreme cases which usually wouldn't apply, even to most here doing PE.

I can't sit here and say it is a non-issue to women, but I think the above is more so the norm and other factors are much greater in importance. Having said that, what we are doing here is great and not in vain, since in most cases it gives us more confidence and does improve aspects of our sex lives other than size as well (EQ, longer lasting, etc).

The mind of a male vs. female are very different, as established. It is easy to assume or think as a guy, that if a girl wants a quickie she may want a nice big one, etc, etc. That would be a typical myth or guy talk. In reality I think one of the ladies laid it down beautifully that even for a quickie, aspects such as chemistry and attention to detail, etc pays a much larger role.

Yet very few have listened to them...Typical of us guys, haha.

Getting back to the issue of "what matters" to women when it is a one-night stand (or another kind of sex where it is not about a romantic relationship).....
Well, for most of my life I have much preferred sex in the context of a relationship, because it is just so much better that way.
BUT I have also had sex that was of the one-night-stand variety. What mattered to me then? Definitely NOT cock size. The most important things were (A) chemistry (that we both were hot for each other, and could feel that strong attraction); (B) patience -- lots of warmup and exploration (that he took the time to build us both up and enjoy the newness -- not just pushing straight into penetrative sex; (C) thoughtfulness (he cared about my enjoyment, not just his); (D) sobriety (sex with a guy who is drunk or stoned is NEVER any good); (E) privacy (sex is always better when you have somewhere decent to do it); and (F) competence (having some sexual experience makes for a better partner).

Cock size would not even be on my list.

The thing I've noticed getting so overlooked on this thread is the compatibility. Women come in all shapes and sizes as well. And my guess is more then 50% do not care for, want, nor could handle a huge dick. I've been with quite a few women in my day and at just 6 inches in length 5.75 in girth, I've found many (who even at my small size), I've had to go easy on. I've been with others who were like being lost in the middle of the ocean. I've been with women who even at 6 inches I was able to hit their cervix and others who I never felt the end of the tunnel. I think finding a woman who's vagina is compatible with your penis is important if that is really important to you.

I'm older then many on here. I'm 39 and had sex with over 100 women in my lifetime. (I'm horrible I know) and I know for 100% fact I've been too small for some, just right for the vast majority and even too big for a few. And I know damn well I don't have a big penis. But I also know size has every bit as much to with her size as it does yours.

I think this is a debate that will rage on and on - simply because I believe the generation gaps represented here have such widely varying views. BW and Titty are mature women and represent one side (as I would consider the more level headed side) of the spectrum. I don't think there are any women here at the Gym in their low to mid 20s that could give their generations viewpoint, although there are certainly hundreds of guys here that age that are relaying what their female peers are saying and often telling them. Even as a curious observer to the interactions I watch take place between them (the storie I could tell about what I see where I work!), a lot of what the young guys are sayin is true and it's affecting them - often negatively regarding esteem. It can't help but to affect then because that's the pool of women they are working with - unless they get fortunate and either a) find a woman their age not dick-size focused or b) find an older mature woman that knows the deal (granted there are even some dick-sized focused older women out there too but the numbers drop pretty good the higher the age scale), this is the reality these young guys are faced with.

And I don't disagree with what you've said but at the same
time I don't think they (the ladies here) could be representative as the majority - mainly
because there are no female opposing viewpoints - not even a smidge of one. I'll gladly take their viewpoint over some others any day of the week, but in order to have a firm debate, you need to have differing views ... just my opinion

Oh i hope your not!! In years i am not that old... And most people think i am in my mid 20's, always shocked when they find out I'm not...Even teenagers assume I'm around 25, once they find out I'm 34 they don't believe me and then they go on to forget it until the next time my age comes up.. because they think i am the coolest person ever... Perhaps these days with the internet and influx of accessible porn, the expectations are raised, so to say. But just my opinion- That traits that bat has put up has no time-line or expiration date. They will always hold true and still probably be on the top of the list in most cases.
