I couldn't afford the "real deal" either. Yet, anyway. Check out sportskilt.com for a decent kilt and all the accessories. Its a great way to go until you can buy the genuine article. I have the socks and sporan and some other stuff too and its so much fun wearing it out. St. Patricks Day is the best, but I wear mine also for a bunch of other occasions and sometimes just to have fun on a friday night. I'm telling you, though, be ready to get grabbed and handled. I'm still trying to get the jist of this thread...is it about posting pics of yourself if you're hairy and wearing yoga pants?
