      Aside from ascetically pleasing, the girth immediately would make for an interesting friction on the inner walls. I would like to add some girth to my glans

        I have the opposite lol, head smaller than the shaft
        Start:
        BPEL: 7.5"
        EG: 6.1"

        Goal:
        BPEL: 8.5" - 9"
        EG: 6.25" - 6.5"

          I have the same as canuckfan, would like to enlarge the glans, I think it is aesthetically pleasing as well as having practical function, like rubbers staying on better, harder to pull out and miss mid thrust (which I hear is the main cause of broken penis).

            PC muscle strengthening, and squeezes that blow up the glans does wonders. Make that PC muscle ripped! But don't forget your RKs....

                Note to self: After attaining current goals, work on increasing head size.
                (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
