Not case specific, but generally speaking, and in my personal opinion.

If gaining more size is going to take away certain activities that the lady likes or make using certain positions less likely, then that extra size is robbing them both from certain pleasures that they could experience as lovers.

Intimacy is a mutually pleasurable experience, the couple has to communicate honestly and try to find common grounds in order to maximize their pleasure. It is not about finding alternative ways of delivering good sensations to the penis, why not let everyone enjoy what they like to do in bed.

I completely agree with you! This is just one of the MANY things couples should talk about openly and freely.. The pleasure goes both ways and there needs to be some middle ground somewhere so that BOTH continue to enjoy it..
