We're already aware of the negative effects of porn on relationships, so to use porn as an example to justify this seems a bit misplaced. This is an entirely different matter. All in all you can fantasize about anyone in your head that is not illegal. If your married and know the person like you mentioned and go fulfill that fantasy then it is a problem.
