  • Why do women feel cold al the time

I know its a womans different anatomy and hormonal profile blah blah, but In the winter its brutal to see you outside covered with all that different layers of clothing, and especially in the bedroom, if the room is cold you may shiver, or not feel at ease when undressed, which personally kinda puts me off mood to see you be uncomfortable on even the mildest of cold sessions. I also drive a motorcycle and when i get to where i want to be my hands are cold. Certain amount of time has to pass so i can get to touch, and caress. Its like a jolt of lightning sparks the female bodies when I touch it with cold hands..

Ladies what do you have to say for yourselves (you cant help it i know). Any tip, or ritual that makes you feel less of that cold, so men and myself dont feel conscious of this temperature defense.

Maybe move somewhere it is warmer, or wear gloves when you ride your motorcycle. Or start a fire, or turn the heat on...

Heated gloves (you can thank me later lol)

As for the rest, why not just turn the temp up? Also, once you actually 'warm her up' she'll hopefully not feel as cold either. Granted, I do know a number of girls at work who run their space heaters year-round, even when the office is over 30C in the summer...

Cold hands = Warm heart! That's what I've always heard I live in the south, so we don't get a lot of cold weather here. Thank goodness! When I am cold though, after I jump in bed at night, I make sort of a snow angel movement....you know to warm myself and the sheets. Works like a charm, lol!

Women are cold because they are evil blood sucking vampires. Lol, just kidding. I hate that as soon as the temperature drops below 78 Fahrenheit they start covering their body's in layers of clothes. And in the bedroom all covered up and bundled in robes. Women have warmer core temperatures ironically. However; their extremities are colder due to body mass and some chemical make up.

I love cool weather. I wear shorts and tee shirts until it drops in the mid 30 Fahrenheit range then it's a light jacket down to minus twentys. My wife wears coats in the summer. My daughter strangely enough is like me. She never gets cold either.

My core temp is actually lower than most by 1F or so, and I also rarely feel the cold. I always laugh even at men's fashion advise that talks of 'layer'...if it isn't cold out, I'm sweating if I wear more than a t-shirt or dress shirt. lol

Someone once told me that this is actually an evolutionary thing from before civilized culture which actually made a LOT of sense to me.

Since men were primarily the hunters/fighters and had to brave the elements more, they developed more of a resistance to cold. Women, however, were often bearing children or caring for young children and had to be more sensitive/attuned to the potential risks of extreme temperatures, especially when they have young babies that need to be kept warm (or kept from overheating in the hot summers). I imagine the young babies of women who were cold-sensitive possibly were more likely to live, since those mothers would notice extreme temperatures sooner and would be more likely to deal appropriately. And same for the men, I imagine those men who developed more of an extreme temperature resistance were more likely to reproduce.

Now - I have no idea of this is true, but it makes a lot of logical sense to me.

And if you wanna touch her, warm your hands! Go run them under warm water if you must. being touched by super cold hands is totally NOT sexy.

Thinner skin and nerves closer to the surface, that's the reason women get cold. There is a hormonal factor but it doesn't explain everything.

Although, if you ask me a lot if women get cold often because they don't eat enough of skip meals. How many women have you heard complain about being cold in the morning and before lunch?
