Routine:
10 Min Warm-Up - Bath.
6 Min Stretch - 30 secs on 10 secs off. Straight / Down / Up / Left / Right.
10 Min Jelq - 5 second strokes.
200 Kegels.

Always do JAI'S (Piss-pulls) after going to the toilet - even on rest days.

Notes:

Generally better feeling in penis, ligs feeling like they have been worked, dorsal vein more prominent.
