Day 4 of week 2...
workout day today....reverted back to 2 stretches in each direction as the day after trying 3 felt it was maybe too much too soon....
so, today back to the initial routine that I'll stick to until I feel necessary.
I have been using the phone app 'Kegel bootcamp' which I find really good...you can just chill out in front of the TV and 'tense / relax' when prompted on the different programmes...
