Ok, so I'm going to do an entry at the start of each week...taking measurements every 4 weeks...
I'm tweaking my routine a bit..increasing the stretch time from 30 secs to 60 secs now that I feel ready, Jelq time is to remain at 10 mins for the time being though as at this time I'm more after length....so
Routine
Warm up 10-15 mins in bath
Stretch SO, SD, SU, R, L (60 on 10 off)
Circular stretch 60 secs clockwise/anti clockwise
Jelq 10 mins
Warm down
Kegel I do throughout the day roughly 3 sets of 40...held for different times.
set 1: 6secs on / 2secs off x 10
set 2: 1sec on / 1 sec off x 20
set 3: 10secs on / 2 secs off x 10
I do kegel throughout the day out of habit now but rarely count them...I am thinking of incorporating them into the routine...any thoughts?
Progress notes to date:
Like I've said, my measurements I'll be taking at 4 weekly intervals so I can't report any gains as yet. I can comment that my flaccid feels heavier and healthier though due to the increased blood flow etc...I'm also getting regular hard ons and morning wood so I am feeling benefits of PE and my indicator are positive up to present day.
