Routine staying consistent with:
warm up 10-15 mins
Stretch in every direction twice - 60 secs on 10 secs off
Jelq 10 mins
My kegels I have increased to level 6 on kegel bootcamp app -
set 1. 10 secs on 1sec off - 15 reps
set 2. 2 secs on 1 sec off - 25 reps
set 3. 5 secs on 10 secs off - 10 reps
set 4. 1 sec on 2 secs off - 25 reps
I do this kegel workout 4 times daily
