Overall feeling is pretty positive, though I haven't measured my flaccid as I'm more interested in erect gains and my penis is very temperamental when it comes to conditions/temperature etc...I definitely have a better hang and certainly more blood flow going off down there. Just a healthier feeling when flaccid all round really.
Routine for week 6:
Warm up 10-15 mins.
Stretch 80secs on 10off in all directions twice - totalling 15 mins.
Jelq 12 mins.
Warm down.
Nothing too outrageous still as I'm only in week 6 of my 12 week beginner phase, however, stretch time and jelqing time have both been increased slightly.
