I've signed up for MeCoach for a year and thus haven't been posting here.
Currently doing a "jelq free" routine which is pretty intense and thus only involved very few reps (i.e. 5-7). Jelqing wasn't working for me because I struggled too much to maintain an erection.
No gains yet but still early days.
