This week I have stuck to my routine and completed 4 workouts. Each time I did about an hour of edging with 10-11 ulis in between. The ulis lasted from 1-1.5 mins depending on how long it took my erection to subside. I squeeze intensely, making the veins protrude clearly.
I should mention that my starting stats are around 4.35 inches girth and 5.75 inches length.
I plan to do 4-5 days on (I might do another workout later today) and 1-2 days off. I also do 2 days on of kegels, 1 day off (have been doing 50 of both reverse and normal).
I measured at the end of my last session and my erection was a solid 4.5 inches in girth. I do not consider this a growth but merely what my penis is capable of with a stronger erection (I have a very poor EQ). It was certainly great to see considering I've read that 4.8 is close to the average girth size or even is the average according to some studies.
I should add that every second workout I ejaculated at the end, not because I really wanted to (though of course I did) but because, if I don't, I feel this can be detrimental to my workouts in following days where I reach peak too quickly and perhaps inadvertently ejaculate.
I do not plan to be too rigid in my schedule, as I want to work out in a way that adapts to what my penis is telling me: for example, if one workout causes a large amount of red spots (not a concern), I might choose to take the next day off just so I don't cause it too much strain.
I also aim to introduce some stretches into my routine (i.e. in the shower) - something akin to that provided in the jp 90 day routine.
Some might think that this routine is overly simplistic but it targets my aims (girth, increases EQ, PE) and avoids problem areas (inability to maintain erection in other exercises, motivation levels, privacy etc.).

Positives: my mindset and I think my erection.
I will start again in a few days.
