I keep giving up on PE. It's ridiculous. I'm lazy and have a defeatist attitude.

My goal: keep at it, improve EQ, and hopefully see some growth in time.

My routine:
  • 100 reverse kegels, 2 days on, 1 day off.
  • Jelqing, 100 reps at first, will increase in response to my penis. 2 days on 1 day off.
  • Edging as much as possible, for as long as possible each time.


And that's it. Sounds simple.

I'm also cutting alcohol and am going to start running as much as possible. This helps keep a positive, energetic attitude and I think PE is about your whole lifestyle, not just the workouts. Edging will be done every morning, jelqing at night.

Time to get my life in order!
