Sergio, the V jelqs are working great for me. I really get a lot of blood worked up into the glans. If you are lying on your back, lay your semi-erect member flat on your belly pointing upward toward your belly button. Lay your hand on top of your member, with the base of your palm at the head and your fingers pointing down toward your testicles. Spread your third and fourth fingers so one finger is on each side of your semi-erection and curl all of your fingers in toward your belly. Now squeeze your third and fourth finger together, around the base of your penis, and then pull up the shaft, moving toward the glans. Before I get to the glans with one hand, I start in with my other hand at the base with the same movement. If you do this, you can feel your girth inflate in the space between your two hands. I try to keep my fingers as tight as possible to keep all that trapped blood moving upward toward the glans. Once one hand slips over the glans, move it immediately back to the base for another V jelq. I count two strokes, one with each hand, as one jelq. I am now doing 3 sets of 50 regular jelqs and 50 V jelqs each morning. I think I actually like the V jelqs better than the regular ones.

again, when stretching straight out if i do circle stretch isn't it something like circullar stretch for eg. moving it in 360 degree.

i know what kegel is, but how do i do hard kegel?

when i pull my penis down i don't feel the tug that much, but when i pull to the right, left, and up i do feel the tug, what does it mean?

sorry for the trouble, i just want to do it right(you know what i mean),
i seriously need your help, please explain me.......
When you are holding to the left or right, straight up or straight out, when you get done with the 25 Kegels, pull your penis around in a big circle, holding the stretch.

A hard Kegel is, when you squeeze the BC muscle as hard as you can and hold it for at least 10 seconds.

That means your LOT is at 6:00.

tanvir, stay within the framework of the routine. Don't throw in any advanced exercises until you complete the full 90 day program. Good Luck. JP

jhon, can i do half jelq or 3 part jelq in addition to the routine cause my base girth is bit thinner than the girth bellow my glans.

Well, again, nothing I can say is going to slow you down, but just listen for a minute.
IF, you do the exercises in the 90 day routine, there will be NO need for extra jelqing.
What the heck buddy, what is 90 days to you? Try it, you'll see I'm trying to give you good advice. JP

Hey Doc. Glad you like the "V" Jelq's but one thing worries me. The underlined area in your post. You don't want to Jelq the glans. STOP just under the glans and when you start your other hand up, release the first hand. This will allow the blood bulge to expand the glans. JP

Tanvir, you didn't piss me off, the advice I give you is only to help prevent injury.

tanvir: We don't get mad here; we just want to help you

We often see the same mistakes repeated over and over. The biggest one is when guys feel that doing more in the beginning will help them. It doesn't - in fact, it often stops gains now and in the future. JP is just trying to save you time and frustration.

That said, since your main goal is to increase your base girth, you may want to use the half jelq or the reverse jelq in replace of the other jelqs (not in addition to).

jp dude seriously i do admit the routine is tough, even though i have been exercising for one month now your routine proved to b much tougher than those i was following, i like it...

the problem i m facing is that i am able to contract my pc muscle for 10 sec easily but doing 25 kegel on each side is putting a lot of pressure on my hands an therby iam experincing hand pain while i m holding on to the stretch, so my question is suppose when i m stretching to the left and doing 25 kegel can i take a brief pause after doing 10 and then again do the rest 15 kegels. is it going to effect my performance?
