    You should discourage turtling at all times.......

    Wraps are good as well as sleeves and then there's the manual pull. Tug it all through the day to remind it where to rest.

          • When you work out your muscles, for example, with weight lifting, you have to do one day on and then one day as a rest. However, with exercising the penis it seems that the body is more capable of doing more days of exercising than weight lifting. Why is this, and why is it not dangerous to jelq multiple days before you rest? I have had this question in my mind for some time now.

              Weightlifting burns away muscle and the body needs time to regenerate new muscle, hence muscle growth. Penis exersizing causes microtears within the penis that are not nearly as pronounced as muscle burnt during a workout. Microtears don't take nearly as long to heal.

              • I just finsihed this routine for the first time... I wasn't able to get the full 150 wet and v jelqs because I couldnt keep a semi erection. I normally don't experience this problem.... at least no more than any other 30 year old.

                Reasons?

                I need to definitely cut my pubic hair. Every time I go to grab at my shaft I grab a lot of hair that pulls as I am doing the exercise. Do you guys normally trim?

                Another question... It kinds hurt doing my jelqs do you think I was squeezing too hard?


                I am going to measure tonight and post my stats but I am close to 6inch bpel and would like to get to 7 at least. I already feel discouraged though by not being able to finish the workout.... any tips?

                • Cutting your pubic hair will make you look at least .5" bigger!

                  You might be squeezing too hard, you only need a light grip to get the blood moving.

                  As for tips: keep at it.

                  I've been going for just over 2 weeks now and it's a bit difficult at first. You have to figure out what grips are right for you and what your limits are. As with anything, it gets easier with experience.

                  • Guys when am doing wet jelqs I don't get errect, but when am doing v jelqs I get abot 50-70% errect. Am I doing something wrong while doing wet jelqs? My errection level when doing wet jelqs is about 15ish%, will I still get results doing wet jelqs at low errect level?

                      Lower erection level jelqs target length more than girth.

                      Are you jelqing to get erect? Try getting 50%-70% erect and then jelqing.

                      • I think I have too much loose skin, or else I'm doing my grips wrong. If I try with two hands switching, it gets rather difficult to do after the first couple. I take it doing it with one hand has the same effect?

                        • Are you suppose to feel anything after the PE? Like when you go to gym, you work out you can feel it that your working out because your muscles will start to burn and get tired. Is that the same case here or no?

                            • I've been doing the workout plan for about 2 weeks and have noticed that as I move on to my 2nd and 3rd sets of v jelqs and wet jelqs, I notice that it is a lot harder to maintain the desired erection. Is this something that will change as my penis becomes more accustomed to the workouts?

                              • 7"Steve, I'm a beginner. And I overworked also. Lost my wood and took off a few days. I read about less is more and came back with a new outlook on my intent. Your dick is tender till it get used to PE exercise. Been in the routine about 2 mo. and have got about 1/2" in newbie gains. Was 5.5" now 6.1" Stay focused with intent and you'll be fine.By the way ,I'm cut.
