My thinking is along the lines of feedback from women who say they'd rather have a guy that is shorter but with 100% EQ versus a longer guy that is softer. I've seen some pics where a 7" guy looks like 1/3 or more glans, thinking that on the inside it's not going to feel that long b/c the last 2.5" is all bumper. I would imagine a guy that is only 6" but with 1" glans might actually -feel- deeper. The point about corona is well taken, it makes sense and I'm sure they love that, I'm making a different point here, though.
THIS^^^sounds like more of an EQ issue to me. While the tip of the glans (urethra & immediate surrounding tissue) is more pliable when fully erect, the remainder (majority) of the glans extending back to the corona, should be just as engorged (firm) as the shaft, IMO.

I honesty don't think this is an EQ problem and is normal for everyone. If you give the glans a good squeeze there is some give, even at 100% erection, whereas the CC is rock hard and has no give. The glans is an extension of the corpus spongiosum - it is a little softer by nature. From the Wikipedia article on corpus spongiosum:

"Its anterior end is expanded in the form of an obtuse cone, flattened from above downward. This expansion, termed the glans penis, is moulded on the rounded ends of the corpus cavernosum penis"

"The function of the corpus spongiosum in erection is to prevent the urethra from pinching closed, thereby maintaining the urethra as a viable channel for ejaculation. To do this, the corpus spongiosum remains pliable during erection while the corpora cavernosa penis become engorged with blood."

      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corpus_spongiosum_penis

How much the glans gives will be determined by how far the CC extends into the glans.

The glans is generally softer than the CC's? That's a tense/overactive pelvic floor issue.
What would be the remedy should that be the case?
