        Dustpan,

Thank you for the excel worksheet. I enjoyed reading your log. It was very motivational.

I noticed a few things. One, you are always trying to find ways to improve the intensity. You're eyes are set on one direction -- forward. This is a great thing, and essential for gains, IMO. Your experience is in correlation with that.

The second thing I noticed is that you're very intuitive. You were continually devising and thinking about ways to improve your program. This allowed you to reach maximum hieghts in gaining. Kudos to you, my friend.

Very motivational indeed. My advice to you is to keep going in the direction you are: forward. Add the intensity somehow. You seem like an easy girth gainer -- 2 inches is something to be proud of (and you didn't even clamp!).

I think you need some high-intense length stretches, slammed into a superset. I have something in mind. But first, what does your normal "20 minute" Stretch session look like?

          stretching

          Remek,

The stretching exercise go like this:
After 10 minutes of warming I start out with, SO, side to side
iverted V, regular V stretch and finish twisting the penis 360 degrees or more to the right, then repeat 360 or more to the left. I spend 10-15 minutes with this set of stretches

After this I put the hanger on and stretch with the rope attached to the hook on the the wall. At this point I am using my whole body weight for stretching, there are 4 stretches SO, 90 degree left and 90 degrees right, BTC. All this probably takes 25 minutes twice a day.

            Dust,

By twisting the penis, are you doing a "bundled stretch," in which you are literally twisting the shaft.

The pics look great. You can definitely noticed the growth from the last hanging picture that you posted.

Dust, you might want to try out this hanging technique: http://www.*************.org/forum/s...ght=bib+spoken . I can't say that I've tried it, but it seems to have gotten a lot of hype. The technique, which uses a fulcrum, might be right up your alley.

You also don't appear to do a lot of SU (Straight Up) or commonly known "tunica" stretching. Perhaps it's time to change it up a little. What do you think?

              Remek,
I didn't know what to call that kind of stretch, yes that is what I'm doing for my finished stretch.
The hanging tunica stretch is what I do with the Jelqing sticks.

Yes, the bundled stretch is an intense maneuver. I have been working on something I like to call "Extenders." They are very intense (or at least for me and other normal PEers -- you are like SuperPEMan; with a dick made of steel). In all honesty, I did them while on a Decon break and suffered from negative PI's for the following 2 days -- a sure sign that I over did it.

-The applied theory behind the concept is to superset your dick with exercise after exercise. Don't stop, and don't give it a rest until they are finished.

-Another concept is that the Extenders follow is the "hit it all" approach. Other stretches have the disadvantage of only hitting one thing at a time, while with the Extender you are hitting the tunica, the ligaments, and every other possible angle in one session.

                - The JAI stretches are provided throughout the stretch to give a light traction all throughout. In an essence, this provides a short break and a good stretch at the same time.

-You may want to print this out, or do these while at the computer.

                - Ease into the first few stretches, and towards the end use full force.

                Extenders, version 1:
-Start out pulling Straight Down (SD) for 60 seconds.
-Then do a Dual Fulcrum stretch for 60 seconds (aka Double Stretch)
-SD "Side-to-side" stretch for 60 seconds
                -30 JAI Stretches
-BTC (left leg up) for 60 seconds
-Dual fulcrum stretch for 60 seconds
-BTC (right leg up) for 60 seconds
                -30 JAI stretches
-Downwards A-Stretch (can do Blasters version, if wanted) for 60 seconds
-Dual Fulcrum stretch for 60 seconds
                -Rotating Stretch for 60 seconds
                -30 JAI stretches
                -Straight up for 60 seconds
-Dual fulcrum rotating stretch for 60 seconds (aka Double Rotating Stretch)
                - Upwards A stretch (60 seconds)
                -30 JAI stretches
                -Internal Stretching 120 seconds
-Dual Fulcrum rotating stretch for 30 seconds
                -15 JAI stretches

                **Dustpan notes:
-You might want to sub in certain things. For example, you might want to use your fulcrum internal stretching, or use a fulcrum when doing the A-stretch.

-Dust, I would like your feedback on these. When you start back up, try them out and tell me what you think.

I'll give the extenders a try. Give me two week to try it out, then I'll get back to you, okey

                        remek,

I have found out that the BTC dosen't have much stretch if you are lying on your back and extend one leg, right or left. What I did was put my foot on a chair or something of the same height, and lean forward while doing the BTC, right and left

Dust, interesting point! I never really thought about the stretch from a laying down perspective. Glad to have you here

Did you get a chance to try the whole stretch? Or was that just from prior experience?

Remek, the only prior experience I had is when I tryed it while laying my back with weights added. Yesterday I tryed this stretch and I thought that there wasn't that much of stretch going on so I tryed it the other way standing. I received a very good stretch in this position. But you have to lean forward for this stretch.

                                Dust,

Good report. I plan on looking at this stretch some more. The basics of the stretch is good, but I think it could be a little more intense for people that have a very conditioned penis (like yourself.) I'm going to up the intensity a bit after I sit down and play with it for a while in my PE lab
