I have been trying out a new stretch with weights. This take a little time to set up. After you have put on your hanger, you take (2) chairs facing each other about 3.1/2 ' to 4.' appart. Then you position the weights between the chairs then get on the chairs in a push up position. At this point you attach the hanger to the weights. You will have the weights hanging SD, now you lift your body up to the push up starting point and hold it there for 30 seconds. Do (5) 30 second sets this way. I am sure after the five set you will have a good work out.
