When I warm up, I usually use a hot wet rag. But the problem is that it doesn't seem to stay hot enough to really get a good warm up. I'd have to keep heating the rag up 2 or 3 more times... What are some other good effective ways to warm up?

Your options are;
1.hot wash cloth
2.rice sock
3.heat lamp
4.USB heat mat
5.hot bath
6.hot shower
I think that's all of them. Feel free to add more?
I prefer the USB heat mat. I wake up early in the morning and put it on whilst eating breakfast and having a green tea.
I find that incorporating as many aspects of PE into my daily life makes it far easier to stick to.
For example, when I hang I usually put my laptop on a stand and do any computer work that i need to do.
Hope this helps,

My warm up method:
Wash hands with hot water to be sure hands are good and warm...
- 60 slow 1 handed squeezes (right hand then left)
- 30 slow two handed squeezes (baseball bat type grip, alternate squeezing hands)
- 30 Pulls (same grip, pull penis in and out from body)
- 30 slow two handed squeezes (reverse grip, simultaneous squeeze hands)
- 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)

I stopped using a heating pad when I learned about EMF concerns. I now use a microwavable heat pad. I use the one with clay as it stays warm longer.
When I have days I'm just extending or doing a stretch only routine, I actually do this thing where I wear a pair of shorts or two underneath a pair of sweatpants and just get under the covers in bed for like 20 minutes. I learned this by accident in winter, but by the time your too hot to wear the blanker anymore I find myself super loose and malleable. I do this as my warm down as well. I would maybe avoid this for jelq routines though as you wanna make sure your tunica is adequately deeply heatedStart Sept '18 BPEL 6.0. NBPEL 5.75 GIR 4.75 BPFSL 6.25

Ive tried a hot rag, a rice sock, etc. The best thing I have found so far is using an infrared heat lamp. The benefits of numerous... you can heat the entire area continuously even throughout your entire session, for one. But also, and perhaps most important, the infrared light pentrates into the soft tissue and stimulates vasodialation and growth of new tissue, which other heating methods dont do. You can get a good infrared lamp online for under $50 total, or find one used on facebook, craigslist, etc, for cheaper. The next best option might be ultrasound, however I have no experience with it and the cost-benefit ratio may not be worthwhile since to buy an ultrasound machine that actually works right youll have to pay at last $300, or even as much as $1,000. But my suggestion is go with the infrared. Try if you can to get one that combines both red light (660) and near infrared (850)... the 660 is good by itself but the 850 is better, and of course both mixed together is optimal.

A 220v infrared bulb? Well, what you want to look for is the wavelength... either 660nm, 850nm, or one that puts out both.Originally posted by Hoopfiend View PostI'm actually looking at one now and I see one that's 220V, is that good?
Here, try this one:
