What are rotary stretches? it says 5 rotating stretches to the left and 5 to the right each lasting for 30 seconds. but how do u do em? i watched a small movie clip but that showed how u stretch 360degrees.
And that cementin routine, is this every day for 7 days? and do i have to warm up before this?
Is there any other good warmup methods i stead of the hot towel, is for example a hot shower for 10 mins and using the bathmate a good warmup?
and it is 1 day on, 2 days off right?
