A routine for the beginners to start growing!

  • What are rotary stretches? it says 5 rotating stretches to the left and 5 to the right each lasting for 30 seconds. but how do u do em? i watched a small movie clip but that showed how u stretch 360degrees.

    And that cementin routine, is this every day for 7 days? and do i have to warm up before this?

    Is there any other good warmup methods i stead of the hot towel, is for example a hot shower for 10 mins and using the bathmate a good warmup?

    and it is 1 day on, 2 days off right?

    Im thinking about starting on this program tmr and will post my updates!

    • If anyone still reads this thread and would like to try this beginner routine, I can give my first-hand advice that this works.
      yes, it is 1 day on, 2 days off for 18 days.. and it seems like the exercises are very little.. but I am sure that less work is the better way to go in the beginning.

            • actually you do the routine for 18 days, 1 on 2 off, so that's 6 workout days for the 18 days. and then after that do the cementing routine for a week, that's 7 days. after that is when you take 1 month off. and then you can start over with the routine again, but you could do it more frequently (ex. 1 on 1 off) or add a little more to the workout (ex. more reps for wet jelqs, adding v-jelqs, etc). well that's how i understand it.

              • Hey i'm brand new here and i hate to kick up an old thread but is this the best routine to start with? Seems pretty easy and not too time consuming! I just have some questions about it.

                I imagine the warm towel wrap is just a warm wash cloth wrapped around for 10 minutes, but then i don't know what the rotary stretches are. Then i read the page on how to jelq also and it said:

                "1. Lather your penis with lubrication. The best penis lubricants allow you to get several jelq strokes in before having to reapply."

                So if i do 150 Wet Jelqs that means i'll have to reapply a lubricant maybe 30 times? If not more? Is this correct? And what lubricant is good that I can find around the house? Baby Oil? Also what does the "overhand grip" mean? Index finger facing down or up? My next question is about kegeling? Would it hurt to kegel throughout the day? That is flexing the muscle that stops you from urinating correct? And one last beginner question: Any tips or ways you go about keeping logs?

                    Welcome to the gym Dan,
                    Here are the answers to your questions:
                    1. You're right about the warm up, but you should be aware that the heat of the wash cloth decreases quickly so you'll have to rewarm it several times during your warm up if you want it to be efficient. There are alternative ways to warm up so feel free to choose the one that suits you best: Penis Warm-Up Methods: Heating Up Before Working Out
                    2. The rotary stretches are the equivalent of the circle stretches in JP's routine:

                    4. overhand grip means palm facing down on the top side of your penis, thumb and index finger as close to your belly as possible

                            1. How do you deal with the skin? I mean, I'm not circumcise and it's kinda of annoying every time the skin pulling back
                            2. Masturbation after a PE session is bad?

                              make a v with the fingers of the hand you aren't using and hold your foreskin back and push towards your pubic bone, and its not bad but not masturbating after a session is better for gains (it was in a post)

                                I don't understand this either:
                                After a week with this, take a break for one month and repeat exactly the same routine.

                                does that mean I can only do this 3 times in the first week and have to wait a month?
