Hey, Ive been peing for about 18 months and have still to see any gains. I did Jps beginners routine and didn't get any results then I tried a few more intense routines involving light jelquing but at 90% to 100%. This improved my eq but i am still to see gains. I am not sure weather to increse the intensity and give clamping a go or lower the intensity. What do you guys think? (I am mainly after girth)
