  • No luck so far

Hey, Ive been peing for about 18 months and have still to see any gains. I did Jps beginners routine and didn't get any results then I tried a few more intense routines involving light jelquing but at 90% to 100%. This improved my eq but i am still to see gains. I am not sure weather to increse the intensity and give clamping a go or lower the intensity. What do you guys think? (I am mainly after girth)

    thanks

have you been on a strict schedule? try stretching alot more, or hanging. Sometimes people get good girth gains from this
    BPEL= 6.0 + 0.2
    EG (MID)= 4.45 +.05
    *Short Term Goal*
    EG (MID)=5.0

    *GOAL*
    BPEL= 6.2
    EG (MID)= 6.0

I'd say up the intensity and try to lower the erection level to 80%. Try that for a month and see if that works.
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Try replacing shower warmup with rice sock.. improved my flaccid hang in a week.

What grip on the jelqs l, m, or hard
try 1 day 2 days off with a firmer grip on jelqs if not doing a medium to medium firm now.
be careful not to go too hard you dont want an injury!
              Starting Stats
              BPEL 6.375 X 5.4" MSEG

              Current Stats
              BPEL 7.390" X 6.00" MSEG Base EG 6.80"
I have something you may be interested in :)

You could probably increase the time doing it rather than the grip unless you are doing it to hard or soft then you want to change the grip too. I would also do kegels.

Routine and consistency matters the most. I would have to say that if you have been at PE for 18 month then you more or less are inconsistent or have a bad routine. Go back to the beginning with JPBR (JonPon Beginner Routine) and work it from there with a
dedication (don't let anything or your own self discourage you and stay on track). May you gain with success for real.
                  Begin 7/25/2011:
                  NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

                  Current 12/05/2014:
                  FL 5.25, FG 5.2
                  NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

                  Long:
                  UEG:MEG 6.5

Ok ive took all your points into consideration and decided on a new routine. I also read the post on tgc theory. Im going to focus more on streching as Jelqing has incresed my eq but isnt really working for size.

10min warmup (cant really use ricesock because not really convienient living with family )
                    5mins Jelqing (medium grip)
                    15mins streching
                    warmdown

                    Does this look ok?

Not sure how often but i think ill try 3on 1off for the next month and report back how it goes

This is a good question Jimbob. Staying consistent is very important to making gains..

I was very consistent for the first 6 months after no gains whatsoever i started getting frustrated, i remained fairly consistent but skipped a few workouts, Its bad when u get no gains after that long you start to lose hope.
