      Hi again, quick update. After a week to 10 days off, I was having terrific PIs, morning wood, great flaccid hang, etc. Of course, I then wanted to do some PE, so I did a 10-minute jelq session followed by 15 minute edge. It was a great session. I wanted to see how I reacted in the next day or so. I had no morning wood, and turtled a bit for most of the following day. Now, it's 2-days later, and my PIs are slightly better. Question: Am I that deconditioned that I need to take days off after every tiny bit of PE? I'm not a beginner, but it sure feels like now. Any feedback is appreciated.

        Try doing even lighter PE and edging later.
        5 minutes of jelqing isn't much, but try starting there and building up. Make sure that grip isn't too tight.

          I had really good gains always 1 day on and 3 days off, every week when measuring showed gains.

            Hey LivinLife, thanks for the link to your history. It makes me feel much better and optimistic about my need to take days off after every single workout. I think I will stick to your 1-day on, 3-day off plan. I just need to nail down the workout that I'll do on my PE day.
