    That's the routine that I had my first year success with. You are welcome to do that one. That's a beginner's routine as well. I've recently seen the good in adding 100% flaccid Flaccid Bends and JAI Stretches to a beginner's routine. JAI Stretches are a great way to begin your stretching routine or end it. Flaccid Bends (while done 100% flaccid for beginner's) can probably greatly assist in girth gains and prepare you for advanced exercises down the road. The key is to not do advanced exercises and not over-jelq. Never ever ever jelq for more than 10 minutes - and I believe that to be true for beginner's, intermediates, and advanced PEers.

    Edging is more complex than that in reality but what you described is how I always edged. I could never stay hard enough to edge with extremely little stimulation. I might also add that I have stopped edging after my routines. I'm trying to see if it really does help with gains. I'm inclined to believe that it does not.

    LOT Stretches are just your basic stretches (left, right, up, down, straight out)

    Circle Stretches are easy. Just grab your penis like a normal stretch, stretch it straight out, and move around in a circle. Do that like 10 times.

      PE Success Guy,

      Just an update to say that I've had my first two sessions with your new routine and it felt good. I'm on my rest day today, but unlike my old routine, I do not feel sore at all today, so that's great

      A few things:

      1. I've started to warm up properly now and went out and bought myself a heat pack (that you heat into the microwave) and have found that it works REALLY well. I sat with it on for a good 20 minutes whilst I browsed the PE Gym to make sure I knew exactly what to do on your routine

      2. The JAI Stretches do not really feel as if they are doing anything at all, but then I read that the point of them is to do them light, so I guess what I'm doing is fine (e.g. a light pull and hold 2 seconds).

      3. At the end of my stretching, I do about 10 helicopter shakes, purely to "plump" myself up a bit and get the blood flowing around. I know that you said nothing should be changed from your routine, but do you think this is OK?

      4. On my jelqs, I am doing a good 5 second slow and fairly soft jelq. However I'm doing it hard enough so that I can see my veins expanding as I move along my shaft. I also leave one hand just under the head of my penis as I begin my next jelq with my other hand. I then remove the hand at the top after about 3 seconds, or when my second hand has reached the middle of my penis. Again, this feels good and although I can feel a nice bulge and the blood flowing through, it is much more gentle than before.

      When I finish, I've been putting a damp cloth on my penis for a good 5 minutes and I'm not turtling at all!

      So all in all, I feel really good about this routine. I appreciate that I'm only a couple of days in and that Rome was not built in a day, but the signs are positive. I'm no longer sore, I'm not turtling and my general penis heath feels good!

      Oh and I'm also using the Bio-Oil to jelq with which is fantastic!!
      Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

        I'd also like to get a heat pad. I have a rice sock but it doesn't last 15 minutes. What's a good head pad I can get off Amazon?

          I use a Sunbeam heating pad. Works pretty well for me, it's got a nice heat that's not too hot but makes my penis very soft and pliable, which I feel is a good time to work it. It's also an auto-switch rather than one you have to hold down, so you can leave it running to heat on its own.

            Flax Seed in your rice sock will hold heat for 45 minutes.

              Im on this as well!! I had my first workout today and it went ok! I have really poor EQ at the moment and even edging today was hardly ever anywhere near 100%. Im hoping This routine with the reduced jelq pressure may help me retain my EQ and get some good gains. I have changed my Jelq technique to an ok grip with my on top instead of below which seems to allow me to get a more consistent light jelq. I am assuming this routine will be ok for girth as well as that is what Im desperatley after!!

              Will keep you posted on my progress!!

                The flaccid bends will help with girth. But jelqing should be your main girth exercise for now. Glad you are on board. Good Luck!

                      Some people have been PMing me about this routine with concerns about STILL doing too much. If you are one of those people, it's okay. I have a few people doing a different version of the routine and they are having great success and awesome PIs.

                      - Warm Up 10-15 minutes
                      - 20 JAI Stretches
                      - 5-way Basic Stretches (2 sets)
                      - 20 Circle Stretches (10 each way)
                      - 60 Wet Jelqs (5 second strokes)
                      - Cool Down 5 minutes

                      This version cuts out the flaccid bends because I have a sneaking suspicion that many folks are not doing them correctly. if you are a beginner, Flaccid bends should only be attempted if you are 100% flaccid, NO erection level whatsoever. This version also adds another set of basic stretching. The jelq reps are also lowered because many people respond better to a smaller number of jelqs.

                      Here's a good way to do your 20 circle stretches. When you do a basic stretch, for example, you hold your stretch to the left for 30 seconds. When your 30 seconds are up, hold the stretch and pull it straight out. Then, from that position, do one big circle to the left and then one big circle to the right. This will give you a total of 20 circles (10 each way) at the end of your stretching routine.

                          PEsuccessGuy, I'd like to add that you should stretch the penis lightly while you are cooling it down. If you cool down while you stretch, it will ''freeze'' in place. (It doesnt actually freeze)

                            Yeah, I haven't been on the forum for a while. I'm finishing up the 5 week beginner's routine (got one more workout to go). Sadly, no gains so far. But I'm gonna try PESuccess' routine and see what that may do.

                              I forgot to mention. When I was warming up today, I was also massaging the pubic bone as well just to release any tension or whatever. Also, I stretched.. actually, I kinda pulled the skin of the penis down to the pubic bone too. What I mean is that, I placed my fingers on each side of the pubic bone and pulled straight down to make the penis feel tighter. It doesn't sound like much at all, but I was wondering if doing that helps in some way...
