    Hi guys im new to this and i have a few questions. Iv been doing the beginers routine now for 4 day and im really excited to start to see results!! well for starters i warm up by having a hot shower and after 10 min or so i do my stretching in the shower(not sure if thats the right way) i do 30second pulls that total 6 min not sure if thats better than doing 10 second pulls? then i would go to my room and do jelqs i have been counting to 150 is that enough ? another question is can i do more stretching when i have free time like watching tv or should i wait awhile? and seeing how im bigger starting off can i expect to see results sooner?

    What you're doing is perfectly fine for right now. The shower is a great place to warm up. Don't stretch later while you're watching t.v. though. If you do that, you may overdo it and cause injury.

    Every person has a different penis, so I'm not really sure if you'll gain faster or not.

      Thanks man and should i be doing the v jelq aswell i didnt really understand how to do that one?

        You should add edging to your routine on, on days before you go to sleep. I love the stamina increase it gives and also the plumpness :-D
        Starting stats:

        Fl- Turtle
        Nbpel- 5"
        Bpel- 6"
        Eg- 5"

          Warming up in the shower does not give you the best warm-up, since the heat is not 100% concentrated on the area as when you're using a cup or a rice-sock. Now, it also depends on what type of shower-head you have; if you have one of those detachable ones that you can pull down and focus it directly on the area, then you're good to go.

          150 is fine to start out with; make sure to focus on learning proper technique.

          Every body is different and reacts differently to PE. I for one would do random stretches like that sometimes; I'd be watching TV and just do a GENTLE pull upwards while doing some kegels. Now the key word here is GENTLE.

          and seeing how im bigger starting off can i expect to see results sooner?
          Everybody grows at a different pace; some are quick gainers and some are not, so only time will tell which category you fall on.

            Question my bpfsl is 8.25 to 8.50 does that mean I have the possibillty of getting to 8.25 or 8.50 .

              Thanks for all the help guy!!! so should i be doing exercises for 5 days then rest for 2 or what should i do for a schedual it seams everyone has a different one? and do kegels 3-4 times a week what would u guys sugest to do?
