Hi guys im new to this and i have a few questions. Iv been doing the beginers routine now for 4 day and im really excited to start to see results!! well for starters i warm up by having a hot shower and after 10 min or so i do my stretching in the shower(not sure if thats the right way) i do 30second pulls that total 6 min not sure if thats better than doing 10 second pulls? then i would go to my room and do jelqs i have been counting to 150 is that enough ? another question is can i do more stretching when i have free time like watching tv or should i wait awhile? and seeing how im bigger starting off can i expect to see results sooner?
