    Always had a very average size (6nbp x 4.75 the whole way through) and EQ was moderate at best. Most of my ex's always told me I was the best they had in bed (not sure if it was just to boost ego, then again I always did the dumping, never been dumped, so don't know what would motivate them to tell me that AFTER breaking up with them).

    Then enter current girlfriend... while she was skimming through pics on her phone something interesting zipped by... one of her ex's. He's probably 7nbp x 6-6.5. This was a psychological disaster. She said I'm fine, I said f-that.

    Started with some random stretching and jelqing and kegels, EQ went through the roof and I damn near overnight went from 6 to 6.5 nbp. She was in shock... but girth remained 4.75 I'm convinced EQ alone is responsible for a majority of newbie gains.

    The extra length is awesome... where before I'd hit the front of the cervix in certain positions and only if I'm 100% I found myself sliding into it often.

    That brings me to now (I think 3 months into this) where I've done enough experimenting to figure out what works best for me and I'm now pretty well adjusted to the exercises. I do very little to no stretching, and I'll explain in a bit. I've found edging to be the best type of kegel possible, it forces me to kegel. Aside from that I hate doing them and they feel like they're getting me nowhere. I've found jelqing to expand the glans too much, it's already big enough and is slightly wider than the shaft, but not quite a mushroom shape. I've disregarded the expanding glans because I hope to make up for it with a faster rate of growth in shaft girth, with the end goal to hopefully be exact same girth from glans to shaft all the way to the base. I am not looking for much length gains so I rarely stretch and when I do it's half-assed... I don't want a 9x5. For some reason girth is near impossible for me and length comes easy. Then I got my bathmate... and the rest is hopefully history.

    So here's the success I've had so far:
    Feb '12 6nbp x 4.75 EQ 80% tops
    March '12 6.5nbp x 4.75 EQ 90-95%
    July '12 7nbp x 5 EQ 193%

    Where I'm at now, I'm happy with and have gotten past any insecurities and the sex is phenomenal. Finally heard the words I was waiting for: "you're the best I've ever had."

    As for long term goal... 7.5-8 nbp x 6, with of course consistent girth from base to tip.

    Oh and correct slight left bend... very slight.

    (PS: for me, 7nbp equates to 7.25bpel)

    No routine. I jelq, I clamp, I horse, I kegel, I edge, I pump. If I feel it was worked hard, I give it a day or two off. If I know I'll be having a LOT of sex, I'll just take a break and get back into when I don't need it for sex.

        Thanks! I didn't really give exact dates, but it's more like 3 months... February I started dating her, some time mid or late March is when... the pics surfaced...

        What makes me laugh is that she says it's "perfect the way it is," then when it's bigger she's like holy crap I do feel the difference.

            Yup. She's ok with it, borderline endorses it (after seeing the results). She says I don't need it, but I say ok cool... and keep going anyways.

            Forgot about flaccid talk, I'd love to be a shower instead of a grower. The growing thing does nothing for me, but walkin around with a swinging hang would be awesome. Have to do more research about that... 6x5 flaccid would be absolutely awesome.

              Great gains. I started PE pretty much the same way with edging and experimenting. What exercises work best for you?

              Try to work into a routine. It keeps you from taking time off and you can see better what exercises work for what. I'm surprised clamping hasn't increased your girth, but I'm glad to hear the Bathmate works, I'm thinking of getting one after I get tired of manual exercises. Be consistent with girth exercises, I've seen mine shrink after focusing on length and it wasn't cool.

              P.S. Walking around with a 6x5 is awesome but you have to learn to control your monster erections or else people will definitely take note... but maybe you want that

                Jelqing, edging and pumping are working great. I don't want to be on a routine and I won't be. I am dedicated and I go on a case-by-case basis. I'm not saying I'm not consistent, I sometimes go 2 days on 1 off, sometimes 1 on 1 off, but breaks >1 day are extremely rare.

                I don't have random boner issues, those stopped when I turned 13.

                A recent... issue... has surfaced and that >1 day break is about to start. Not caused by PE, but is preventing me from practicing :\

                    You should start and stick with a routine. The only thing worse than training and not gaining, is gaining and not knowing how you did it. Also, some of those are pretty advanced exercises, be carefull.
                    How did I get here?

                    Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.

                        Stick with it man......you'll reach your goals.........guarantee it. You seem to have the drive, balls and fortitude to see this process through to fruition. You go man!

                          Yup, and deleted them right after that. She has literally about a thousand pictures on the phone. She felt guilty that they were even there. He wasn't necessarily Mandingo, but it was very coke-can-like. She, of course, told me I have the perfect size. I read a few horror stories of bitch girlfriends on this site where they were told how small they were, how they don't feel 'em inside, etc... this girl is the opposite. Whether or not she's being honest is a different story lol... but I'm secure with the situation either way. Now that I'm at the bare-bones minimum size that makes me happy, I'm good. When I get half way to what I would consider the perfect size, I'll be great. When I get to that ideal, I'll be absolutely ecstatic.

                          I'd say gaining and not knowing is MUCH better than training and not gaining lol... one way makes strides towards the goal, the other remains stagnant and creates endless frustration. I'll gladly walk towards my goal "blindly"

                          She started out 2nd best, just behind my pornstar-esque ex who... well... had to have been a porn fiend because she knew exactly what she was doing. Head game was terrible though lol. Current girlfriend slowly became better than that ex, but has always been a solid #2 in head game. She'll never be #1 in that category because there was one girl that only did head, ever, and as a result became a pro. #2 just behind THAT is still damn good.

                          But short story: yes I told her she's the best when it actually did become the best.

                          Thank you sir! Dedication is one thing I don't lack. I'm a weightlifting fiend and typically reach my goals with ease. Next week when my new shipment of supplements get here I'm going back to bulking, 45 lbs in 170 days is the plan.

                          I can't do anything but edge at the moment because of what I mentioned in post #8.

                          One other thing, I briefly tried the no-porn thing and decided it's BS... porn is very much a useful tool in PE training. It would be an incredibly large step in the wrong direction to even start the anti-porn routine.

                          Thanks for all of the support and serious responses! Also, my condolences to anybody who went through the much-bigger-dong-ex-boyfriend scenario. It sucks and makes you question yourself for sure. The typical advice around here of "she wasn't with anyone THAT much bigger, that kind of size is 1 in 6,000,000,000" is typically dead wrong. The other advice, however, that she's with you instead because you're the better man is definitely true. Just get out there and jelq/uli/clamp your dong off (after sufficient conditioning and practice at less intense levels for a sufficient amount of time /disclaimer).

                            Jelqing, edging and pumping should work great for girth and EQ. I haven't tried pumping but I have done some clamping and it seems like it provides similar results.

                            As long as you aren't slacking, you don't need a routine, but at least remember what you're doing so you can tell others later!

                            And remember that all you saw was one picture, her ex may be larger or smaller in person. Don't go by what size you think his dick is as the size you want to be.

                              I'm definitely taking note of what's feeling right. Aside from stretching, I can literally feel what's working and what isn't, this isn't rocket science lol.

                              As for her ex, it was like 3 or 4 pics. I've seen my dick in pics and videos, I know how I stack up. I'm also not aiming for his size as I feel 5.5-6" girth would be perfect for my own satisfaction and mental image of myself, along with how she'll "take it."
