  • "Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these. "

what does he mean by 10 big stretches to the left and 10 to the right?

    • Hi MrLucky7 & MrBB, I just did a trial run of the routine. The videos are great, and the instruction is great too. No questions from me, but a thank you for explaining it so well.

I have known of jelqing for maybe 10 years, never got the hang of it. Should have know then, that it was this easy, then I may have had a super large dick by now .

      • Quick question: When doing this routine for three months, are you supposed to gradually increase reps and intensity weekly, monthly, or not at all during the three months? Any clarity here would help! thanks

        • I'm currently freewheeling the JP90 as I call it: I have been doing the whole routine for a week now, and I got the hang of it pretty well. I did this to see what it takes in terms of time and effort.

I originally set out to start the daycount from the second half of August, because I have planned a vacation in the first half. Now that I'm more familiar with the routine, I wonder if I should just count from my first 'trial' day and have the vacation just in the middle of the JP90.

Any thoughts on breaking for 2 weeks? Maybe it doesn't matter a lot. But I'm getting a bit anal about the 90 routine days. As I finished the AP90 as well, I know it is nice to have a daycount to keep going and not break the chain of 90 days.

Not that I will stop jelqing after the 90 days , so this is really a question what happens to the progress you made if you stop for 2 weeks, only 31 or 32 days into the program.

          • 2 simple questions :
Do I have to stop after 1 full circle or do I execute all 20 (10 left 10 right ) without stopping ? Do I have to change hands ? (for example 10 left circles with left hand and 10 right stretches with right hand ?)

Try to get 10 full circles without stopping. Change hands and do 10 the opposite direction without stopping. Do some helicopters between each set of 10 to get blood flow back into the glans.

              • I started PE 3 weeks ago (5 days/week , 2 days off ; stretching and about 100 jelqs ) . Should I start JP90 or go with something easier ? Am I too much of a beginner or is it ok to start this program ?
EDIT:Sorry for double post , but i just remembered this

                  • Can I use only normal jelqs instead of v-jelqs + normal jelqs?

I never got the hang o v-jelqs and never did them. I see no reason why you can't do just regular jelqs. Now get to work and start growing that thing.

                      • For anyone following jp90 exactly as instructed, how long is your session for exactly? 30-45 minutes was mentioned, but if 2 hand strokes = 1 rep for the standard jelq and 3 hand strokes = for 1rep the v-jelq and every stroke should be around 4-5 seconds. That's 300 standard 280 v's and those alone done properly would come up to close to 50 minutes, not including the warming up/down and stretching. I'm just trying to get a better idea here because 50 minutes of pulling seems far from beginner.

If you are just starting the JP90 emeralds, don't try to do the full number of reps mentioned in the JP90 thread to begin with. You are correct. It is too much for a beginner. So start with maybe 25-30 jelqs and 10-15 vjelqs and pay attention to your PIs. Add maybe 10-15 reps of each every week (if your PIs tell you your ready for more of course) building up to the full routine over the first 4-6 weeks.
I do not recall that 3 hand strokes being one rep on Vs. Its, jelq with each hand =1 rep for both the standard and V jelqs.
Starting at lower reps allows your unit to adjust to the new stress you are putting on it and then you add a little more stress each week.
I like that you are planning to follow the JP90 exactly. Too many times guys get started and then start adding in some of other stuff and its too much, too soon. Stick with the routine emeralds.
You will get more efficient with the exs as you go along.
When I was doing the JP90, it took me a good 45-50 minutes for all the stretches and jelqs but I broke it up. Stretches in the morning then did jelqs in the evening.
Remember to jelq with 45-65% erection, no more or you can injure yourself.

That's good to hear... V-jelqs are awkward AF for me and I'm pretty sure I'm just spinning my wheels when I do them
