    i'm glad I went to this thread... I have been doing the wrong exercises the whole time.. my lot is at 6:00 too... so I need to do exercises for straight out and straight up

      Stretch in all directions, the LOT is obsolete.

        Just to clarify, is 1 rep for a V Jelq just a single stroke, or a stroke in each direction (3 strokes for 1 rep)? Also, the way I alternate direction is straight, straight, left, straight, straight, right... is that correct?

          Yes you are correct, 1 in each direction, and yes they are leftwards, upwards, and rightwards!

            Did my first session and I have a few questions.

            Made some noob mistakes

            1. Put on lube right after warm up session and before the stretches and well that was just noob stupid
            2. Minor timing mistakes

            I have a few questions

            1. JP vs PESG, which one is better for those new to this?

            2. Before the warm down, I decided to do edging because many top and fast gainers have that in their routine but I cannot cum until I think about cumming. I don't think this is good. It's not like I can hold my erection and still last really long. I also felt those random kegel contractions. Can someone help me with this?

            3. I also have a foreskin. How does Jelqing affect foreskin?

              You may jelq first if you wish.

              1. JP90 is the choice of most of the members here, and they make great gains from it, it is an intense beginner's routine, you may want to start slow and build up to it, or you can start with PESG's and switch to JP90 after a few weeks.

              2. Edging is a good supplement to your routine, just watch the total workload and keep an eye on your PIs.

              3. Roll it back before you jelq and before you stretch!

                everything is fine but wtf is 8-10 minutes warm up ? If I exceed 15 minutes in shower my family will surely call FBI or something . I play with my flaccid for 3-4 minutes and it gets warm is it ok for warming up ?

                    Hi everyone,

                    I'm going to try and begin this program tomorrow. I had a question:

                    Theres a video in the first post called 'Basic Stretch exercise | Penis Enlargement and Male Enhancement'

                    Where exactly does this stretch fit into the routine? Because right below it it looks like you go from warming up your penis to doing helicopter shakes. Does the 'basic stretch exercise' come after the helicopter shakes?

                    For example:

                    "Grasp your penis behind the glans in the O.K. grip palm down and stretch to the left holding the stretch against the theigh."

                    Im assuming this is referring to the 'basic stretch exercise' except holding the stretch to the left side like in the video?

                      The stretching part of the workout begins after the warm up.

                      You are correct that it is referring to the basic stretch exercise. If you read more carefully you will see that it is in a pattern of the basic stretches going in different directions.

                      First it will go stretching to the left, then to the right, then straight out, and then up.

                      But you also have to do the quick kegels with the basic stretches, helicopter shakes and the circle stretches. And that is just the stretching part of the workout.

                        Just a quick question, I'm almost at the end of month 2 of the jp90 routine, I'm doing 150 2 stroke wet jelqs, and 120 single stroke vjelqs. Should the vjelq be 2 strokes = 1 vjelq?
                        8/7/14 - BPEL 6.75, MSEG 5.5" BPFSL 7.25", BEG 5.75"

                        6/7/15 - BPEL 7.5" MSEG 5,5/8" BpFSL 8", BEG 6"
                        27.3.17 bpel 7.25 MSEG 5.5 BPSFL 8 beg 5.75

                        (Yeah!). (waiting). Not yet

                          I'm very confusing right now, according to ******** site
                          Length gain is depond on stretching
                          and Girth gain is come from JELQ.
                          Now I want more length.
                          Is JELGing help in gaing length?
                          Starting PE - 1.10.14
                          BPEL - 5.2" (5.1*)

                            I've started this routine few days ago
                            i've always did an easy routine (around 100 jelqs, almost always no stretch, and no girth exercises..)
                            so with this routine , even if "easy", I think I have good sensations and I'm working more..

                            will see in one or two months when i will take measures again!

                              A little curious about the reverse kegals, when should I be doing those? Should I incorporate those into my workout, or should I just make sure I get them in every day even if it's spur the moment?

                                After your routine, or after regular kegels if you do them separately.
